Pedro co-leads Elevate’s Consulting business unit, where he and his team focus on strategy and operations advice. Pedro’s global career spans almost 20 years delivering successful business change and transformation programs across different industries, leading projects for Fortune 500 companies like Shell, IBM, and Deutsche Bank, and Global 100 law firms, including Hogan Lovells, Freshfields, Mayer Brown, Akin Gump, Foley and Lardner, and the Lex Mundi Network.

Prior to joining Elevate, Pedro was the Global Head of Continuous Improvement at Hogan Lovells, based in London. He had global responsibility for developing and implementing the processes, tools,  and methods that allowed the US$2B-turnover law firm to provide more efficient and customer-focused legal services, including leading two global shared services centres (US and South Africa), the creation of the marketing operations function and the development of the firm’s data strategy. Originally from Brazil, Pedro holds an MBA from Cass Business School and frequently speaks at operational excellence conferences around the world.
