Luc is Vice-President and Geo-Head for the Netherlands, helping legal teams across continental Europe solve complex legal and operational challenges by delivering innovative legal services, legal operations and managed services to large corporations, scale-ups, and private equity investors.

Prior to joining Elevate, Luc co-founded Legadex (acquired by Elevate), an Amsterdam-based law company. Over his 35-year career, he has served as Global General Counsel, worked at leading law firms, and developed solutions that blend legal expertise with operational efficiency. He advances legal innovation through the responsible use of legal technology and AI, sharing insights through roundtables, seminars, and industry publications.

Luc earned a meester in de rechten (master of laws) from Radboud University and an LL.M. in international and legal cooperation from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
