Hans-Martijn Roos is a Vice President at Elevate and leads the Legal Talent business. He works with law departments and law firms to meet evolving legal resourcing needs through flexible and permanent talent models, while enabling legal professionals to build and advance their careers through a class-leading talent platform.

Previously at Elevate, Hans-Martijn led consulting and solutioning, working with customers across Europe to make technology and AI practical within legal operations. His work focused on improving efficiency, strengthening decision-making, and embedding these capabilities into operating models in ways that deliver measurable outcomes.

Hans-Martijn joined Elevate with the acquisition of Legadex, a Netherlands-based legal services provider he co-founded in 2008. At Legadex, he built technology-enabled solutions across legal operations, managed services, and AI-driven process improvement. Before founding Legadex, he served as a Partner at an executive search firm focused on the legal services market.

He received a master’s degree in law from Leiden University.
