Lennard Joseph Lingal is Director and Geo Head at Elevate, where he helps customers reduce compliance risk and improve the efficiency of their electronic communications surveillance programmes. He oversees the Philippines office and leads teams delivering accurate reviews within defined service-level agreements.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Lennard directs day-to-day operations and business continuity, including oversight of government, ISO, and regional compliance audits. He also manages a team of 50 analysts delivering compliance-focused review services.

Before joining Elevate, Lennard built over two decades of managerial and financial experience, including serving as a back-office manager responsible for auditing and overseeing compliance and settlements activities for a US$120M fund.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business studies from DLSU-College of Saint Benilde.
