Meghan Koller is Executive Vice President at Elevate, where she helps customers improve legal and business outcomes by scaling expert-led solutions for complex, high-stakes legal work. She leads Elevate’s Experts division, integrating specialised expertise, legal talent, and technology into operating models that deliver measurable results for law departments and law firms.

Meghan joined Elevate with the acquisition of Med Legal Consulting Source, a property and casualty claims and litigation support business focused on medical economic damages in bodily injury matters. Over more than two decades, she built and scaled the business, delivering 30x growth over the last decade by expanding services, building global teams, and implementing technology-enabled operating models to improve outcomes in complex legal and claims matters.

Meghan received a bachelor’s degree in international management from Pepperdine University.
