Managing Director, People and Facilities
Jen Mistal is Managing Director at Elevate, where she helps build organisational capability, workplace operations, and people strategies across North America, the UK, and Europe. She leads regional People teams across the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, workplace operations. She also oversees the GEO/Facilities function across these regions, bringing expertise in global facilities strategy, vendor management, and workplace design that supports business growth and employee experience.
With more than 25 years of experience across human resources, business operations, and facilities leadership, Jen drives organisational effectiveness through strategic workforce planning, operational improvement, and leadership development.
Prior to joining Elevate, Jen served as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer for a US-based AmLaw 150 law firm, where she led administrative and people functions focused on organisational structure, operational effectiveness, and strategic growth.
