Lindsey Worth is Vice President and General Manager at Elevate, where she leads the company’s discovery business. Her experience spans process development, project management, and team leadership, particularly in optimising eDiscovery workflows, automating tasks and processes, and developing tools to drive efficiency and innovation. Additionally, from her work in consulting and management, including at Redgrave Data and Hogan Lovells, she possesses a robust understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing law firms.

Lindsey began her legal career as a litigator specialising in healthcare fraud.  She received her A.B., summa cum laude, from Harvard College and her J.D. from Yale Law School. She also received an honours B.A. from Oxford University, where she studied as a Rhodes Scholar. She is licensed to practice law in California.
