Anant Kataria is Executive Vice President at Elevate, where he partners with law departments and law firms to solve complex, enterprise-wide challenges by aligning legal strategy with business goals. He focuses on expanding how customers leverage Elevate’s integrated capabilities across Intellectual Property, Discovery, Legal Managed Services, and Entity Management to drive efficiency and superior business outcomes.

Prior to Elevate, Anant co-founded Sagacious IP and led its growth into a global IP services company supporting Fortune 500 companies and leading law firms. He joined Elevate with the acquisition of Sagacious in 2025 and subsequently led Elevate’s Intellectual Property business, building solutions that help organisations manage and commercialise intellectual property more effectively.

Anant has advised global enterprises and law firms on intellectual property strategy, R&D decision-making, and business transformation. He brings a practical, data-driven approach to aligning legal, operational, and commercial priorities, helping customers improve efficiency, manage risk, and maximise the value of their innovation.

A six-time IAM Strategy 300 awardee, Anant was named in the Times 40 Under 40 list in 2021. He received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology.
