Mark Noel helps organisations reduce the costs and risks of eDiscovery, investigations, compliance, and other legal operations using ground-breaking technologies and the latest scientific research. With a rare combination of experience that includes work as a practising litigator, research scientist, law enforcement officer, and co-founder of a software start-up, Mark’s expertise spans all aspects of evaluating, building, and implementing legal technology solutions, including AI, TAR, data visualisation, advanced analytics, robotic process automation, statistical validation, and custom software development.

Before Elevate, he held leadership roles at a Global 15 law firm and leading global risk mitigation and consulting company.

Mark has built numerous custom legal technology solutions, managed hundreds of TAR projects, co-authored several books and papers on legal technology, and frequently speaks and teaches CLEs on the subject. He received his B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his JD, with honours, from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
