France Jaffe is a Director at Elevate, where she helps customers minimise risk and optimise legal workflows with innovative strategies for navigating complex eDiscovery, regulatory, and information governance challenges.

Before Elevate, France was senior counsel at Redgrave LLP with a practice focusing on issues at the intersection of law and technology. She is a frequent guest lecturer on eDiscovery Law at UC Hastings College of Law. At the outset of her career, she clerked for US Magistrate Judge Maria-Elena James of the Northern District of California. 

France received her JD from the University of Chicago Law School and is admitted to practice in California. She graduated with a BA cum laude from Cornell University.
