Former KPMG Partner brings more than two decades of experience in eDiscovery, investigations, regulatory matters, and legal managed services.
June 2026 – Elevate has appointed Kirit Amichandwala as Managing Director, Discovery, strengthening its ability to help customers navigate complex litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, and post-data breach responses.
Based in India, Kirit will lead Elevate’s document review and breach team. He brings more than two decades of experience as a US- and India-trained lawyer, advising on forensic investigations, eDiscovery regulatory compliance, technology-enabled review, and legal managed services.
Prior to joining Elevate, Kirit was a Partner with KPMG, where he led legal and technology professionals and the South India risk advisory, forensic investigation, and eDiscovery practice. He has also held leadership roles at Barclays, EY, and Pangea3, supporting global investigations, regulatory reviews, and large-scale eDiscovery matters.
‘We are pleased to welcome Kirit to Elevate,’ said Lindsey Worth, Vice President and General Manager, eDiscovery. ‘His experience across eDiscovery and document review, investigations, and legal managed services strengthens our ability to help customers reduce cost, uncover critical insights, and achieve better outcomes in complex legal matters.’
Kirit joins at a time when organisations face growing data volumes, increasing regulatory scrutiny, and more complex discovery obligations.
‘Discovery and investigations are becoming more data-driven, complex, and time-sensitive,’ said Kirit. ‘Elevate’s integrated approach across AI and technology, talent, and services is uniquely positioned to help customers respond faster and more effectively. I’m looking forward to building on that strength with the team.’
