Kirit Amichandwala is a Managing Director, Discovery at Elevate, where he helps drive operational excellence and advance technology-enabled discovery solutions across complex legal matters. He leads Elevate’s India discovery team, overseeing litigation and discovery support and data breach review services.

With over two decades of experience as a US‑ and India‑trained lawyer, Kirit specialises in matters through AI-enabled review solutions, forensic investigations, eDiscovery, regulatory compliance, data breach response, and legal managed services.

Prior to Elevate, Kirit was a Partner with KPMG Forensic Investigation, where he led legal and technology professionals and the South India Forensic practice, spearheading white‑collar and regulatory investigations. He previously held leadership roles with Barclays, EY Forensic & Integrity Services, and Pangea3 (EY), overseeing eDiscovery, regulatory review, and legal managed services engagements supporting global investigations.

Kirit holds an LLM from Fordham University School of Law, an LLB from Government Law College, Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and is an Associate Company Secretary.
