Richard Royce is Associate Director at Elevate, where he helps customers achieve their business goals and drive efficiencies within their legal teams, using Elevate’s Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) platform. He ensures customer feedback plays a central role in shaping both product development and marketing strategy.

With over a decade of experience in legal technology, Richard has consistently modernised legal workflows and tailored tools to meet the practical demands of legal professionals. Before joining Elevate, he co-founded LawBite and served as COO, driving platform strategy to deliver user-focused solutions, an approach he continues to bring to Elevate.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from the University of Birmingham.
