Elevate experts attended two major IP gatherings this year — the IPO Annual Meeting in San Diego and the Patent Information Fair & Conference (PIFC) in Tokyo. While the events were oceans apart in geography, scale, and format, the conversations revealed a striking convergence of sentiment among IP professionals worldwide. 

Across both conferences, the message from in-house leaders, law firms, and service providers was clear: AI is reshaping expectations, monetisation is no longer optional, and traditional IP operations must evolve to remain relevant.
