In May 2025, a global gaming company acquired another company’s gaming business, triggering a complex, large-scale integration across systems, operations, and contractual assets. A critical priority was to review and align the acquired entity’s end-to-end contract portfolio to maintain operational continuity, support compliance, and establish a consistent post-acquisition governance framework. Key challenges included:

  • Contracts used inconsistent structures and drafting styles, which fragmented interpretation and slowed review
  • Critical clauses, including total agreement value and limitation of liability, were dispersed across multiple sections, increasing complexity and review time
