Rajni Minhas is a Director at Elevate where she helps organisations achieve compliant, high-quality contract management outcomes. She leads Elevate’s Contracts Legal teams across multiple engagements, overseeing contracts lifecycle management, CLM migrations, due diligence projects, and service delivery against committed SLAs to drive operational excellence.

With over 19 years of experience across diverse industries and global legal services, Rajni advises customers on complex agreements involving software, intellectual property, and supplier relationships. She helps customers drive efficiency and consistency through process optimisation, AI-enabled solutions, and scalable delivery frameworks.

Rajni holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the School of Legal Studies and an LL.M. from Kurukshetra University.
