Ryan Sawyer is the VP and GM of the Consulting business unit at Elevate, where he helps law departments and law firms transform the way legal work gets done by reducing cost, accelerating delivery, and building durable capability through AI-powered solutions and technology-enabled legal operations. These expert strategies span legal technology consulting, AI workflow design and implementation, compliance and legal operations consulting, as well as Enterprise Solutions development for global legal teams.

Previously at Elevate, Ryan led the Enterprise Solutions Group, helped build out the Contracts Lifecycle Management consulting practice, developed the legal technology channel-partner strategy, and led managed contracts services. In these roles, he has supported enterprise customers through large-scale legal transformation initiatives combining managed services, technology products, plus operational redesign.

Before joining Elevate in 2018, he spent 13 years in strategic alliances, sales and customer operations, along with technology operations roles in the renewable energy and aerospace industries globally.

Ryan received a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He holds certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile Project Management, Change Management, Strategic Alliances, and Theory of Constraints. Ryan is a US military veteran, having served in the US Air Force.
