Paula’s role involves all aspects of Customer engagement and management in Elevate’s Flexible Legal Resourcing, globally.  She leads expert teams across US, UK & EMEA and Asia Pac, delivering bespoke, flexible legal professional resource solutions to our law firm and law department Customers throughout the world.  Paula joined Elevate in 2018 through the acquisition of Halebury, where she led the strategic acquisition and deployment of specialist, senior lawyers.  Her career has spanned management consulting for EY for a number of years, as well as setting up and running her own recruitment business, and also professional services recruitment and resourcing.  Paula has a wealth of experience across recruitment and resourcing, having worked in the industry for c.15 years, is a Prince 2 Practitioner and MSP certified.
