Mary D’Eramo is a Vice President at Elevate, where she helps law departments and law firms to drive growth and strengthen competitive positioning through securing strategic lawyer, partner, and practice group placements. With over 20 years in the legal industry, she leads recruiting engagements across New England and the United States, serving as a trusted advisor to lawyers on career strategy and law firms on growth initiatives.

Mary joined Elevate with the acquisition of Mestel, a trusted US-based legal recruitment firm, where she focused on partner-level recruiting. Earlier in her career, she practised civil litigation at a Boston-based firm, providing her with firsthand perspective into law firm operations and the factors that shape lateral decisions.

Her work is informed by the performance metrics that drive partner evaluation and hiring outcomes, balanced with an appreciation of key cultural components. She executes individual and group placements, including lateral moves and strategic combinations, and maintains long-standing, often exclusive, relationships with key decision-makers at top AmLaw and regional firms.

She earned her JD from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College.
