Marloes Kuijt-Prosec is a Senior Consultant, Consulting at Elevate, where she helps law departments and law firms transform legal operations through legal technology, AI, project management, and process improvement. She advises customers on selecting and implementing legal technology solutions, developing AI strategies and roadmaps, and driving AI adoption across legal functions.

Before joining Elevate, Marloes was a Legal Project Manager at Legadex, where she advised customers both in-house and as an external consultant on legal operations, legal technology, and AI implementation. She has also worked in the Legal Project Management team at Houthoff, supporting the delivery of complex legal matters through effective project management and process optimisation.
Marloes holds an LLM in Corporate Law from the University of Amsterdam.
