Maria Merrill is Managing Director at Elevate, helping law departments become more effective and efficient through developing and implementing improved workflows.

Maria joined Elevate in September 2024 from Redgrave Data upon its acquisition by Elevate. Over the course of a two-decade career in legal operations and eDiscovery, Maria’s experience has centred on project and program management, with an emphasis on strategic planning, overseeing cross-functional teams, and advising technical and business stakeholders at the executive level.

Maria received her JD from Brigham Young University Law School and graduated from Weber State University with a BS in sociology.​
