Lenora is a Data Scientist at Elevate and is responsible for ensuring that Elevate’s analytics solutions meet customers’ needs. Her role includes designing and carrying out analyses of structured and unstructured data sets, building predictive models for technology-assisted review (TAR) workflows, implementing automation solutions, developing custom software, and engaging in collaborative research to advance understanding and innovation within the field. ​

Lenora’s two decades of experience in law firm project management and matter support includes eDiscovery, data management, and information governance roles involving organisational, research, technology, and analytics components.​

After graduating with a BS in computer science from Florida Atlantic University, Lenora earned an MS in data science from Johns Hopkins University’s Whiting School of Engineering, where she was a Fellow of the National GEM Consortium. She also holds an associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Miami Dade College.​
