Judi Cardillo is an Associate Director, Legal Operations at Elevate, where she partners with corporate legal teams to optimise legal spend, strengthen billing governance, and enhance legal operations programs. She works closely with customers to manage legal bill review and outside counsel management initiatives, helping them achieve their legal and business objectives through effective spend management and process improvement.

Judi leads a team of managers, team leads, and reviewers, overseeing customer service delivery, reporting, and recommendations to improve legal billing and spend management practices.

Prior to joining Elevate, Judi spent more than two decades in legal bill review leadership roles, serving as Director of Client Services at Law Audit Services, Allegient, and Bottomline. In these roles, she worked with customers on legal spend management and billing compliance programs, including technology-enhanced bill review training and consulting.

Judi holds a JD from New York University School of Law.
