Joy Gill is Associate Director, eDDR Document Review at Elevate, where she leads document review operations for global law departments and law firms managing investigations, litigation, and regulatory matters. She leads review strategies, workflow execution, and quality-focused delivery to improve consistency, efficiency, and defensibility across legal matters.

With more than 14 years of experience, Joy leads large-scale review engagements and manages operational engagements across the business. Since joining Elevate in 2018, she has managed review teams of more than 300 professionals and supported matters including antitrust investigations, class actions, mergers and
acquisitions, intellectual property disputes, and other complex legal matters. Her experience includes directing review workflows, implementing process improvements, overseeing compliance and reporting frameworks, enhancing quality control, and strengthening defensibility.

Prior to Elevate, Joy worked at Thomson Reuters, where she managed document review teams on matters involving class actions, residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), intellectual property infringement, antitrust investigations, mergers and acquisitions, insider trading, and breach-of-contract disputes.

Joy holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Panjab University and a Bachelor of Arts degree. She is certified as a Relativity Review Pro and in Relativity Generative AI.
