Jeffrey Klein is Managing Director at Elevate, where he helps customers control outside counsel costs and improve billing compliance by using spend data to drive better decisions. He leads the delivery of legal operations services across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Before joining Elevate in 2016, Jeffrey was involved in the design and implementation of billing compliance solutions. He joined Invoice Prep, LLC at its inception, where he worked with law firm billing and operations teams to align invoices with client guidelines and reduce billing discrepancies.

Jeffrey received his JD from Quinnipiac School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Connecticut.
