J’Aimee Crockett is a Partner at Elevate’s integrated law firm, where she helps customers resolve commercial and employment disputes efficiently and with minimal disruption. She represents businesses in state and federal courts in commercial and employment disputes involving breach of contract, fiduciary duty, shareholder disputes, and intellectual property and trade secret protection.

She brings over 13 years of litigation experience and previously clerked for judges on both federal district and state appellate courts before joining Elevate in 2021. J’Aimee has successfully defended corporations before the EEOC, US Department of Labor, and the Illinois Department of Human Rights, as well as in class action, multi-plaintiff, and single-plaintiff lawsuits involving harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.

She earned her BA from the University of North Carolina and her JD magna cum laude from Stetson University College of Law. She is licensed to practice in Illinois and Florida.
