Jade Potot-Warren is an Associate Director at Elevate and helps multinational financial institutions mitigate compliance risk through proactive eSurveillance and regulatory monitoring services. She leads our integrated law firm’s compliance team in Newcastle, working closely with stakeholders to optimise operations and manage compliance workflows across the case life cycle. Jade also provides French-language support for matters requiring specialist multi-language capability.

Previously, Jade led an Elevate law enforcement disclosure requests (LEDRs) team, handling LEDRs authorised under mutual legal assistance treaties, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks for a global technology company.

Jade earned her master’s in law from the University of Northumbria, where she completed the Bar Professional Training Course, and was called to the Bar at Inner Temple.
