Chris Penka is Chief Financial Officer at Elevate, where he leads the global finance and accounting function. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, as well as banking and capital relationships. Chris plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and financial clarity across the organisation.

Prior to Elevate, Chris served as the CFO of Showroom Inc., where he doubled revenue and tripled EBITDA in two years while securing the company’s first debt facility. He has also served as Director of Finance at Credit Key, a B2B e-commerce lending startup, where he helped scale financial operations during a period of rapid growth.

Chris holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in economics, with a sequence in financial economics, from Claremont McKenna College.
