Atul Nair is a Director at Elevate, where he helps organisations modernise their contract management operations through the strategic implementation and optimisation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) technologies. He leads a global portfolio of CLM and legal technology engagements, providing strategic direction to cross-functional teams across consulting, implementation, and managed services.

With more than 15 years of experience in legal technology, Atul advises customers on transforming contracting functions and maximising the value of technology investments. His expertise spans AI-powered, process-driven solutions that helps organisations improve efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes across legal operations.

Prior to joining Elevate, Atul played a key role in delivering end-to-end CLM implementation services at Sumati Legal, a CLM managed services provider. Earlier in his career at Dell, he built expertise in enterprise technology, customer engagement, and solving complex business challenges.

Atul holds a bachelor’s degree in technology from Punjab Technical University.
