Amanda Burton serves on the Elevate Board as a Senior Independent Non-Exec Director. She is a seasoned non-executive director with more than 20 years of experience spanning operational, legal, and corporate governance in the public, private, and charity sectors across multiple industries. Previously, Amanda was the Global COO of top 10 AmLaw firm Clifford Chance LLP, and prior to that an executive director of Meyer International PLC and chair of its timber division. Her extensive career includes a focus on acquisitions, financing, and change management. Her corporate governance experience includes serving as a non-executive director on the boards of the Skipton Building Society, estate and property services provider Connells Group, tool and equipment hire company HSS Hire Group, and Countryside Properties, the market leader in high quality, mixed tenure developments. Amanda is a qualified solicitor and a graduate of Durham University.
