September 24, 2024 – LegalOps.com named one of Elevate’s customers, a Fortune 100 logistics company, as a winner of the inaugural Running Legal Like a Business Awards for ’Excellence in Legal Operations’ for its efforts in pioneering an innovative solution to streamline litigation.  For the work in question, the customer selected Elevate to create an innovative AI tool that Elevate’s lawyers could employ when responding to written discovery requests.

Elevate helped develop, train, and finesse an AI tool that it used in combination with a team of experienced lawyers and paralegals from Elevate’s integrated law firm. The ‘human expertise + AI’ approach substantially reduced the time and effort in responding to written discovery requests without sacrificing quality and consistency.
