Elevate secured a top spot on The LPO 11, Pivot AI Global’s ranking of providers advancing the use of legal service delivery.

The recognition builds on Elevate’s longstanding leadership in the legal services market, following 11 consecutive years of recognition in Chambers and Partners’ NewLaw rankings and Band 1 rankings in six categories in 2026. Together, these distinctions reflect Elevate’s commitment to delivering value for customers by combining legal expertise, technology, and AI-driven innovation.

In its assessment, Pivot AI Global highlighted Elevate’s work with FedEx, citing the results achieved through the AI-enabled engagement. Notably, it was the only named and quantified outcome featured among traditional LPO providers included in the ranking.

As part of the recognition, Liam Brown, Elevate’s Chairman and CEO, participated in Pivot AI Global’s IPO Signal interview series, sharing his views on AI in legal services, addressing topics ranging from AI-assisted review and data security to legal spend and evaluating legal services providers.
