April 27, 2026 – Bolton & Menk, a multi‑state engineering, design, and planning firm, partnered with IntelAgree and Elevate to build a contract lifecycle management (CLM) operation from the ground up, creating structure, consistency, and control across its growing business.

With contract processes previously dependent on employee‑driven practices and agreements scattered across thousands of project files, General Counsel Abby Pettit needed a scalable solution she could stand up as a one‑person legal team. Bolton & Menk selected IntelAgree for its Microsoft 365 compatibility and intuitive user experience and brought in Elevate as implementation partner to lead the build.

Elevate consolidated state‑specific contract versions into standardised smart forms, designed approval workflows, and delivered 16 complete templates. Working closely with Abby, the team ran a structured, milestone‑driven implementation that went live in approximately 3.5 months.

Key outcomes include:

• Sixteen standardised smart templates built from multiple state‑specific versions
• On‑time, partner‑led CLM implementation completed in under 4 months
• Nearly 500 registered users and approximately 250 contracts centralised in a searchable repository
• Consistent approval workflows enforced across offices and states

Today, Bolton & Menk has a centralised, self‑service CLM foundation that supports growth without adding headcount, connecting master agreements to task orders, improving visibility, and enabling legal review to scale alongside the business.
