Podcast law company law firms law department non-lawyers

I am not a lawyer. I don’t want to be a lawyer. I don’t pretend to be a lawyer. I don’t want anyone to think I am a lawyer… but I do find it odd (and mildly offensive) when people call me a ‘non-lawyer‘. As the skills required to deliver world class legal services have changed over the last twenty years, I enjoyed chatting with Ralph Baxter and Julie Savarino about why this is a dated and no longer acceptable term (and some ideas about what we could use instead).
