As we dive into the second quarter of 2022, Elevate is excited to be a Diamond Sponsor at CLOC’s annual flagship event, the CLOC Global Institute (CGI).

With the conference returning in-person to Las Vegas, the 2022 event combines Institute favourites with new engagement features and education formats to bring a fresh experience to the industry.

Now, more than ever, legal operations teams are having to increasingly use a strategic business approach to deliver on the strategic aims of in-house legal teams. The never-ending challenge to do ‘more with less’ increases the pressure on general counsel and legal operations teams requiring them to innovate and develop efficiencies leveraging their people, processes, and technology.

Our interactive session will discuss recent law department initiatives and the considerations, processes, and outcomes of each project. Session attendees will then break out into groups to assess their departments’ maturity stage and discuss projects they are planning or implementing that will advance their organisations’ legal operations maturity.

Attendees will share:

• A legal operations problem they are looking to solve or an improvement they are looking to make
• The decision process they use to select a new solution
• The timeline and data they use to measure success
• The positive impact an implemented solution has had to date.

Representative stories from each breakout will be presented to the full group for comment. All stories will be anonymised and available to the group following the session.
