The firm adopted Relativity aiR as part of its review strategy, using AI to process and prioritise documents at scale. Its objective was not simply to reduce reviewer involvement but to enable legal professionals to focus their expertise where it would deliver the greatest value.
However, privacy and confidentiality requirements prevented more than one million documents from being processed through the AI workflow.
