Jake leads Elevate’s Legal Managed Services, helping law departments and law firms reduce legal spend, improve transparency, and achieve greater value through AI-forward solutions. He oversees global service delivery teams spanning spend operations, compliance operations, contracts negotiation, contracts insights, and business services. He is a specialist in designing and implementing global tech-enabled solutions that integrate people, process, and technology.

Since joining Elevate in 2012, Jake has built and scaled award-winning service teams that deliver consistent outcomes for customers, including cost savings of over US$3 million annually.

Jake holds a JD from Saint Louis University School of Law and a BS in Accounting from the University of Kansas.
