Jessica is a licensed lawyer and experienced manager with subject matter expertise in contract management, legal process improvement, and implementation.

Before joining Elevate in 2015, Jessica managed a global team of attorneys and paralegals that negotiated and administered sales contracts for a Fortune 50 software company. Her experiences include working as an analyst for business process outsourcing, as an accounting consultant in the insurance industry, and legal and business experience in corporate transactions, eDiscovery, trademark enforcement, acquisitions, and legal technology implementations.

During her experience, Jessica has managed a contracts delivery centre supporting Microsoft Sales Contracts and oversaw the workflow and work product of more than thirty associates. Jessica holds a JD from The University of North Dakota and a BS in Fine Art and chemistry from North Dakota State University.
