Abhinav Mahajan is Director at Elevate, where he helps customers unlock the value of their patents and protect their intellectual property through strategic licensing and litigation support. He leads a team of 150+ IP professionals serving law departments, law firms, non-practising entities, universities, and inventors.

With over a decade of IP experience, he enables customers to monetise innovation and enforce IP rights by identifying monetisable patents, conducting infringement analyses, preparing claim charts, and performing portfolio valuation studies. He also supports litigation by conducting validity analyses and preparing litigation-grade claim charts for plaintiffs and by developing non-infringement arguments and conducting prior art searches for defense teams.

Abhinav led the same practice at Sagacious IP, before its acquisition by Elevate, continuing an established track record in delivering high-impact patent monetisation and litigation projects.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the National Institute of Technology Srinagar.
