Anant Kataria is Vice President at Elevate and leads its global intellectual property business, helping companies maximise the value of their ideas. He specialises in IP strategy, commercialisation, and portfolio management and guiding customers through complex IP challenges, from innovation to monetisation.

Anant joined Elevate with the acquisition of Sagacious IP, an IP research and consulting firm he founded. With nearly two decades of expertise, Anant advises Fortune 500 companies and top law firms worldwide on matters spanning intellectual property, R&D, entrepreneurship, and business strategy.

A six-time IAM Strategy 300 awardee, in 2021 Times of India named Anant to its Times 40 Under 40 list of the country’s top innovators, business leaders, and entrepreneurs, with CNBC TV18 subsequently featuring him on its flagship show on entrepreneurship, The Young Turks. Anant received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology.
