Val Pitt is a Flex APAC at Elevate, based in Australia, and a key member of our Global Leadership Team. With a proven track record of over two decades in the legal industry, Val brings a wealth of experience in eDiscovery, legal operations, and business development.

In 1995, Val founded LitSupport, a company that productised eDiscovery and legal document management and transformed how law firms handled these functions. After selling LitSupport in 2014, she excelled as a consultant and advisor, guiding law firms and legal departments through the complexities of legal operations, technology, and project management.

Val holds an Executive MBA from RMIT University and certifications in Agile Project Management and Legal Project Management. Val has served on the advisory board of Law Squared from 2018 to 2021 and has been a board member of the College of Law (Victorian Chapter) since July 2020, advising on practice-focused education and training for legal professionals.
