Brexit or no Brexit, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is coming!  It’s a more rigorous regime and the penalties are much bigger.

Whilst arguably GDPR mainly puts into place what is best practice anyway, businesses need to become conscious of what their practices are, and get their house in order well in advance of May 2018.

UK businesses could face up to £122bn in penalties for data breaches when new EU legislation comes into effect, the PCI SSC has warned.
