Designed for all industry experts, enthusiasts, and key decision-makers in legal innovation and technology, the first Legal Innovators California was the place to be in 2022. Elevate was pleased to be the headline sponsor for the proceedings, and our Expert, Kim Lanza-Russo, gave the opening keynote to kick off the conference.
Kim’s keynote, “Delight in User Adoption,” delivered a simple message; to understand where your users are before you begin implementing new technology. This reduces the risk and costs when adopting new technology and accelerates the realization of business benefits.
In the keynote, Kim discussed how Elevate leveraged design thinking to develop our AI-powered invoice review feature with users in mind. The goal was to get users to trust the AI recommendations instead of ignoring them altogether.
Many attendees at Legal Innovators California are struggling with how to drive user adoption of new technologies and drive change management. Kim facilitated a panel discussion with experts from Google, Ironclad, and academia on “Deconstructing the Value” of technology in legal operations.
