Jennifer Atlan joined ElevateFlex in March 2021 as Global Director of Talent. She comes to Elevate via The Solomon Page Group where she was recruited to help shape the Legal and Healthcare Recruiting practices, including starting the DC Legal office. Prior to that, Atlan was at The Midtown Group where she managed a team of recruiters across diverse service lines.  She was tasked with building out the legal services division and overseeing the internal recruiting function and was quickly promoted to the executive leadership team. Atlan began her recruiting career at TrustPoint International where she oversaw recruiting strategy for all engagements and specialized in high-volume recruiting of large teams of attorneys. Atlan managed an average of 350 attorneys at any given time. While managing attorneys, she assisted some of the largest and most profitable legal clients with account management and ongoing matters of business.Atlan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Juris Doctor Degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. She is a member of the Virginia Bar.
