Bhanu is Managing Director of Discovery at Elevate, where he leads the strategy, design, and execution of advanced discovery and investigation solutions for global law departments and law firms. He helps customers reduce cost, accelerate timelines, and improve defensibility in complex matters by applying analytics-driven strategy across the full lifecycle, from early case assessment through trial, regulatory response, and remediation.

With nearly two decades of experience, Bhanu specialises in large-scale document reviews, technology-assisted review (TAR/CAL), and AI-augmented workflows, using generative AI, machine learning, and automation to cull data, prioritise high-risk content, enhance quality control, and strengthen defensibility. He also guides regulator-facing data breach and cyber incident responses, leading legally defensible identification, validation, and reporting of PII/PHI under compressed timelines and across multi-jurisdictional datasets. Before Elevate, Bhanu spent more than a decade at Thomson Reuters, managing global teams of 300–400 lawyers across concurrent high-stakes reviews.

He earned his law degree from Symbiosis International University, holds an ACEDS certification, and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
