Mollie Nichols is an industry-leading data and AI expert and leads Elevate’s Consulting business.​

Leveraging 35+ years of experience in litigation, law firm management, and academia, Mollie works with law departments and law firms to develop innovative, data-driven solutions that deliver exceptional outcomes.​

Mollie’s expertise encompasses the entire data lifecycle, from preservation and collection to review and production, as well as information governance, electronic discovery, and artificial intelligence. She joined Elevate alongside the acquisition of Redgrave Data, where she was previously CEO. ​

Previously, she was Head of Advanced Client Data Solutions at Hogan Lovells, in a leadership position at Goodwin Procter building a successful eDiscovery program, and an Assistant United States Attorney and law firm partner litigating complex cases. She has written extensively on her areas of expertise, is a frequent speaker and panellist at industry events, and taught a Legal Technology seminar and Digital Discovery and Evidence at William & Mary Law School.​

Mollie has received numerous industry awards, most recently named a 2025 winner in LegalTech News’s fifth annual Legalweek Leaders in Tech Law Awards.​

Mollie holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and a JD and LLM in international law from the University of Texas School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Texas and the District of Columbia.
