Mollie Nichols is an industry-leading data and AI visionary, General Manager of Data and AI Consulting at Elevate, and a member of its Executive Leadership Team. Leveraging 35+ years of experience in litigation, law firm management, and academia, Mollie works with law departments and law firms to develop innovative, data-driven solutions that deliver exceptional outcomes.

Mollie’s expertise encompasses the entire data lifecycle, from preservation and collection to review and production, as well as information governance, electronic discovery, and artificial intelligence. She joined Elevate from Redgrave Data, where she was CEO when Elevate acquired the company. Previously, she was Head of Advanced Client Data Solutions at Hogan Lovells, in a leadership position at Goodwin Procter building a successful eDiscovery program, and an Assistant United States Attorney and law firm partner litigating complex cases. She has written extensively on her areas of expertise, is a frequent speaker and panellist at industry events, and taught a Legal Technology seminar and Digital Discovery & Evidence at William & Mary Law School.

Mollie holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. and LL.M. in International Law from the University of Texas School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Texas and the District of Columbia.
