Megan Heltemes is Vice President and Co-founder of Elevate, leading global sales and account management efforts to help law departments and law firms achieve improved business outcomes and long-term value by delivering scalable, customer-centric solutions.

With over 25 years of experience in the legal services industry, Megan has held senior leadership roles spanning operations, service delivery, and account management, including serving as US Geography Head at Elevate and establishing our US centre of excellence. She has a proven track record of supporting early-stage businesses through critical build and growth phases, translating strategic vision into execution and sustainable success.

Prior to Elevate, Megan was Vice President of Consulting at Integreon, where she designed and implemented global legal service solutions for law firms, banks, and corporations across the US, UK, India, and the Philippines. She joined Integreon following its acquisition of a legal outsourcing startup where she was a founding member and instrumental in scaling the operation into a high-performing business that attracted market interest.
