Joyce Thorne is Chief People Officer, and Co-Founder at Elevate. A passionate believer in the power that can be unleashed through the engagement and development of professionals, Joyce is dedicated to providing initiatives purpose-built to suit the needs of Elevate’s globally dispersed, multi-cultural, hybrid workforce.  Joyce leads a global team of HR professionals on five continents who support the “Elevater” (employees and contractors) experience every step of the journey from the first meeting with a recruiter through individual career development, and finally, the positive export of talent to new opportunities.

Before co-founding Elevate in 2011, Joyce worked at Integreon, where she built the company’s global learning and development function across multiple solutions and locations. Joyce was based in Mumbai, India, from 2003 until 2007, where she was a member of the global executive management team that grew Integreon from 100 to over 2,000 employees.
