Emily is an Associate Director at Elevate, who helps law departments and law firms navigate complex eDiscovery matters by delivering strategic insights and solutions throughout the litigation lifecycle. She partners with customers on all aspects of eDiscovery, collaborating across functions to identify sound and cost-efficient approaches to litigation and investigatory needs.

Emily brings over 20 years of combined government and private sector experience, including her tenure at Steptoe LLP, an Am Law 100 firm. She has guided complex substantive litigation support efforts on landmark matters, including the Deepwater Horizon litigation and the Hurricane Katrina litigation, two of the largest eDiscovery cases in US history.

Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a JD with an emphasis on international law from Villanova University.
