Christopher Cahn is a Managing Director at Elevate, where he helps customers reduce risk and accelerate contracting cycles through data-driven strategies and technology-enabled solutions. His work spans CLM selection, process design, contracts managed services, and the development of playbooks and templates that enable scalable, standardised contracting. He supports both business-as-usual and event-driven scenarios, including mergers and acquisitions, regulatory repapering, and transformation programs.

Before joining Elevate, Chris spent over two decades in legal services and consulting, including senior roles at Morae Global and PwC, leading contracts lifecycle transformation programs, derivatives documentation, and establishing contracts centres of excellence for Fortune 1000 companies. His experience spans CLM technology, regulatory compliance, and automated contracting solutions, especially in investment banking and asset management.

Chris received his JD from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School and earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. He is admitted to the bar in Washington, D.C.
